*Upfront payment by cheque should endorsed on name of TVCabo .
*TVCabo packages are subscribed for 12 months minimum. If you wish to cancel after one year, please inform one month before expiry date.

How can I subscribe to TVCabo ?

Subscribing through Falconsat is simple and transparent :

1. Buy your Zon box pack on Falconsat

2. Provide Falconsat with the following details :
  a. Selected package
  b. You have Portuguese documents :
        - Copy of your BI
        - No de  contribute (NIF)
        - Address in Portugal

 You do not have Portuguese documents  :
        - Copy of your ID
        - Social Security Number

  c. Payment Method
       - Monthly rate will be charged by TVCabo directly from your bank account in Portugal: 
  you will be required to provide full details of you bank account 
        - By cheque, upfront payment  for 6 or 12 months (NB : TVCabo subscription will engage you for a
  period of 12 months minimum) : monthly rate corresponding to the selected package x 6 or 12 months.
  Establish your cheque on name of TVCabo directly, we will pass on to TVCabo financial service

3. You will receive your pack receiver + card, with TVCabo subscription form:
  a. Connect the receiver to your dish pointed at Hispasat
  b. Have software updated as requested upon installation 
  c. Once box updated, tune to RTP1 and require activation: Your subscription will be active within 24 open
  hours  
  d. Send your subscription form signed back to Falconsat twith your payment (if you pay by cheque).
