Professional kit cuts rebated access holes in seconds. Securely re-seals with the closure plates. An outlet plate can be dropped over the hole to seal it and remaining flush so the carpet can be put over without showing. It is ideal for chipboard flooring or boards that cannot be lifted. Also it can be used on plasterboard and there is a mesh plate that fits in so that it can be plastered over.
