The IR Eye can, in combination with an infra-red extender, extend the IR signal of your remote control. With an infra-red extender, you can control your A/V equipment that is placed in a closed cupboard, out of sight or in another room. The IR Eye is a universal IR LED (emitter) for infrared extenders and video senders by Marmitek®, Xantech® and many others and for Microsoft® Media Center.
The infrared LEDs have a self-adhesive tape on the back which enables them to be stuck onto the IR sensor of your A/V equipment.
