IRODA Micro HEAT GUN for HEATSHRINK Tape

This handy gas-powered tool, provides heat quickly, for working with most types of shrinkable sleeving. It is ideal for use with the RhinoPRO range of Heatshrink Labelling Tubes (stock codes: 30306, 30307, 30320 and 30321).

The device features a “piezo-electronic” ignition system, with positive safety-lock and is powered by a standard disposable cigarette lighter (included).

The heat is produced by squeezing the trigger, warming up to a useable temperature in a few seconds and reaching a temperature of up to 650ºC. Releasing the trigger cuts off the gas, but the nozzle will remain hot to the touch. The ignition system is relatively wind-proof and thus can be used outdoors in subgale conditions. A curved heat deflector is included, which connects to the nozzle via a bayonet fitting.

Dimensions: 115 x80 x25mm (approximately)
Weight: 95g

Each disposable lighter provides up to 20 minutes of operation. Trials on a generic sample showed that shrinking a 10mm length of 7mm diameter heatshrink tube took around 20 seconds from pressing the trigger.
